Can I go? — Entry and visa

Spain's digital nomad visa has run since December 2022 under the Ley de Startups: a one-year visa from a consulate, or a three-year residence permit if you file from inside Spain. The catch is the money, and it is not what the guides quote. The statute fixes no euro figure — it asks only for "sufficient economic resources" — and the working threshold is pegged by formula to Spain's minimum wage, which rose 3.1% for 2026.
