Terms of Use
Nomad Desk publishes general information about published immigration, travel and connectivity rules. It is not legal, tax, financial or immigration advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship of any kind.
Accuracy, and its limits
Every entry rule is checked against the destination's own government source and carries the date it was checked. We publish where our sources disagree instead of hiding it. Even so:rules change without notice, they vary with your nationality, purpose, history and the officer at the desk, and a page can be stale between checks.
Before you book, apply or move, confirm with the destination's official government source — every page links it — or with a qualified adviser. If a page and an official source disagree, the official source is right and we want to know.
No warranty, no liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on it — including denied boarding, refused entry, a rejected application, or money spent on a trip that did not happen. You remain responsible for verifying your own requirements.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links earn a commission at no extra cost to you. They are markedrel="sponsored" and disclosed on every page carrying one. Commercial relationships never determine a verdict: where a partner's product is the wrong choice, the page says so. We are not the seller — the merchant's own terms, pricing, refunds and support apply to anything you buy. See about for how the site is funded.
Content and the dataset
Article text, design and original graphics are ours; please do not republish them wholesale. Quoting a passage with a link back is welcome.
The Visa Matrix dataset is different — it is deliberately open. It is published under CC BY-SA 4.0, inherited from Wikipedia as its primary source. Use it, build on it, sell work built with it — the licence asks only for attribution and share-alike. Seethe dataset page.
Corrections
If something here is wrong — especially an entry rule — tell us viacontact. We fix errors and re-date the page rather than quietly editing it.
