Found an entry rule that is wrong?
This is the message we most want to receive. Visa rules change without notice, and a page can be stale between checks — a reader at the border knows before we do. Send the page URL and, if you have it, the official source that contradicts us. We verify against the destination's own government source, fix it, and re-date the page rather than editing quietly.
Other reasons to write
- Data and licensing — the Visa Matrix is CC BY-SA 4.0 and free to use; write if you need something the licence does not cover, or a cut of the data we do not publish.
- Editorial questions — how a verdict was reached, what a corridor's disputed flag means, why a plan is not recommended. Method is on the editorial process page.
- Corrections other than visas — prices, seasons, coverage claims.
What we cannot do
We cannot advise on your personal case. Whether you specifically will be admitted, granted a permit or taxed as a resident depends on facts we do not have and are not qualified to weigh — that is a question for the consulate or a licensed adviser. We can tell you what the published rule says and where to read it. See terms.
We also do not publish sponsored posts, guest posts or paid links, so those messages go unanswered. How the site is funded is on the about page.
