Most travellers enter on the 90-day e-visa — single or multiple entry — applied for online through the official portal before you fly. There is no dedicated digital-nomad visa, so the e-visa and its renewals is the route to plan around.
Timing is the hard part. March and April are the only window that works nationwide. Otherwise the country splits: the centre — Da Nang and Hoi An — floods from September to November, while the north and south run different calendars. The timing guide breaks it down region by region.
